Aurus Outbound manages the full lifecycle of outbound customer interaction

In the summer of 2015 Aurus introduced its new software solution for contact centers Aurus Outbound that allows proactively contact customers by phone and SMS.

Aurus Outbound covers the entire cycle of outbound campaign starting from the generation of a call list, and ending with the detailed reports of the campaign.

Aurus Outbound integrates with CRM-system to import the list of customers along with their phone numbers and other data required to perform the campaign. Contact center managers are offered a user-friendly interface for list management, contact segmentation and prioritization.

Call center marketing staff can configure the outbound campaign strategy themselves - the order customer numbers to be called, when to call back in case of a failed attempt, and so on.

Depending on the specific outbound campaign, you can use the different modes of dialing - Voice Drop (with TTS support), Power IVR, Progressive, and Predictive.

The reporting system allows you to monitor the campaign in the real-time mode and to get a detailed report at the end of the campaign.
