Aurus provides the free user interface for Cisco MediaSense recording platform

Cisco MediaSense is a relatively new product from Cisco used to record phone calls in IP-network. The MediaSense platform is used by thousands of Cisco partners implementing Unified Communications and Contact Center projects. Despite the relative newness of the product it already enjoys high popularity among Cisco customers due to the simple deployment and maintenance, high performance, and attractive price.

PhoneUP UI for MediaSense records

The "Search-n-Play" component of Cisco MediaSense provides the basic user interface to call recording archive but it is not as feature-rich as most of users require. Aurus company, a Cisco Solution Partner, decided to close this gap and provide a free reliable user interface to search, playback and manage call records made with MediaSense.

Hundreds of companies worldwide already enjoy the call recording module of "Aurus PhoneUP" suite. Aurus integrated its call recording solution with Cisco MediaSense and offers it at no charge. The only restriction that it requires Cisco MediaSense, integrated BiB- and SPAN-recorders are not available.

Using PhoneUP in conjunction with Cisco MediaSense allows user to quickly search and play the call records, manages access rights to the record archive, provides flexible tool to configure recording rules etc. The full list of features is available at http://aurus5.com/phoneup/record/mediasense.
