PhoneUP 3.7 – Integration of Call Recording Module with Cisco UCCX and Cisco MediaSense

In July 2014, Aurus offered its partners and clients a new version of its core product - PhoneUP. In the new version, one of its most demanded, “Record” module, was enhanced with several features.

First of all, integration with Cisco UCCX was added. Now call records archive contains information from UCCX: full name of agent, who processed the call, his skill group ID, and etc.

Secondly, the software was supplemented by Cisco MediaSense support. Notably, for Cisco MediaSense users the interface will be available free of charge.

Thirdly, now with "Record" module you can use your IP phone as a voice recorder. Just click the button on IP phone and the "Record" module will use IP phone external mic to record the sound, for example meeting.

And finally, the module can notify parties that the call is being recorded – once the recording starts both parties will hear the audio notification.
