U-Meet - Easy Scheduler and Control Tool for Cisco Telepresence

The product is aimed to provide your employees with a simple, user friendly interface for video conference scheduling and control. Scheduling the video conference with U-Meet is as simple as using the MS Outlook calendar. And once the meeting is started, you’ll be able to control it with your tablet with no training.

With the help of U-Meet any user is able to schedule the video conference with his personal web calendar or MS Outlook. The easy to use interface provides the comprehensive contacts directory with all employees, meeting rooms and external contacts. The scheduler shows the availability of employees, meeting room and MCU/Expressway resources helping to choose the right time for the meeting.

The meeting organizer will receive an URL to the conference control interface. With just one click he gets the control panel running on his tablet that allows him to connect and disconnect participants, manage mics and video cameras, change the layout of the videoconference, as well as delegate the conference control to other participants.
