In June 2016, Aurus released the new version of Aurus Outbound product that manages outbound customer interactions in contact center.
The following features are implemented in version 2.0:
- contacts filtering and prioritization;
- flexible setting of dial strategy - the number to be dialed first, how many times and how often to dial, what to do if all attempts failed and so on;
- Predictive mode - the system predicts the call end time of each operator in advance to start the connection with a new client;
- time zones management – the dialing begins at the client’s local time.
Moreover, Aurus Outbound is now available in two editions: LITE ("Voice Drop" mode only) and FULL (includes modes that involve the client connection with the contact center agent).
Finally, Aurus Outbound supports sending SMS and email messages within the outbound campaign.
