Aurus PhoneUP 3.9 - protect your Meet-Me conferences with PIN and schedule meetings from MS Outlook

Aurus, the Cisco Solution Partner, released the new version of its PhoneUP product, designed for Cisco UC environment.

The new PhoneUP 3.9 significantly enriches the feature set of the Conference module, which utilizes Cisco UCM conference bridges to provide an easy to use conferencing solution for small teams of employees. The Conference module now allows you to:

  • protect Meet-Me conferences with PIN code;
  • create secured meeting rooms accepting calls from predefined phone numbers only;
  • schedule meetings from MS Outlook or personal web calendar;
  • use just one number for all conferences (the system joins you to the right meeting after you entered the PIN);
  • start Meet-Me conference from any phone, not just from Cisco IP phone.
