Today we're announcing the new release of PhoneUP, our flagship product for call recording and contact center WFO.

Here are the main features of Phone UP 5.3:

  • The new “Call monitoring and live coaching” module providing silent monitoring, continuous agent monitoring and whisper coaching features for the Cisco environment
  • Integration with Cisco UCCX / UCCE / PCCE to fetch agent ID, queue ID and other metadata
  • API for integration with CRM, Helpdesk and other enterprise software
  • Ability to embed PhoneUP interactive player in third-party software
  • New reports for the Quality Management module to better monitor agent and team skills
  • SRTP support
