Please meet the new version of our flagship software. New features, UI improvements and engine optimizations – every PhoneUP module is drastically enhanced!
With new PhoneUP 5.4 we’re introducing integration with Zoom Phone. You can now add compliance to Zoom Phone recording:
- on-premise storage for Zoom Phone recordings
- role-based access
- audit trail
- retention policy
- media encryption
Next, the most significant improvements were made to PhoneUP core:
Media encryption – to comply with PCI DSS and GDPR
Monitoring tool – a dedicated console based on Grafana/Prometheus is available for proactive PhoneUP monitoring and alerting to facilitate software maintenance
Transcoding support in media lifecycle engine – with the new PhoneUP your WAV-recordings may be automatically converted to MP3 on schedule to optimize the storage
The DPA (Desktop Process Analysis) engine was also improved – the engine tracks which applications were used by the agent during the call. With PhoneUP 5.4 it also logs switching between browser tabs and web-pages.
Finally, the Quality Management module was enriched with:

Questionnaire visibility rules – depending on the answer to a question a new question or even a section can be activated

Questionnaire calculation rules – depending on the answer to a question the agent score for a section/questionnaire mat be automatically adjusted

Drill-down feature makes QM reports interactive allowing you to expand/collapse the report content to examine it in details; for example you can start with the general performance report and drill it down to the agent level
