The list of missed calls on your IP phone shows Caller ID for both internal and external contacts. You may also receive email notification about the missed calls. DTMF support and normalization

Integration with any enterprise software
The module contains a set of connectors for integration with external sources – AD, LDAP, IBM Lotus Notes, CSV, XML, CUCM, SQL DBMS. By configuring integration, you can provide automatic import of clients according to a specified schedule.
Search for a contact in the phone book/directory - on a Cisco IP phone or on a PC (Cisco Jabber, PhoneUP Agent)
You can search for a contact on a Cisco IP Phone, Cisco Jabber, or PhoneUP Agent. To make searching easier, the module offers the following options: search by any contact attributes (last name, company name, department name), manage "favorite contacts", manage your personal phonebook.
Auto redial
Use the automatic redial feature to save time that would otherwise be spent calling a busy person. By clicking “Auto redial”, you select the number of redial attempts and return to work. The system will automatically make several dialing attempts.
Caller ID on Cisco IP phone or PC (Cisco Jabber, PhoneUP Agent)
Along with an incoming call (both inbound and outbound), you will receive detailed Caller ID information on the display of your Cisco IP Phone. Caller information is also displayed on the PC when an employee uses Cisco Jabber or PhoneUP Agent.
Directory access rights management
You can give different levels of access to the directory - for example, ordinary employees will only have access to data about colleagues, while sales department employees will be able to use the customer directory.
DTMF support
Directory” can store external numbers with DTMF dialing. Thus, with one click you will immediately call the desired company employee, bypassing the reception - the system will dial a landline number, wait for an answer and automatically dial the employee’s internal number.
Flexible structure of phone directories
The customizable structure of phone directories will make their use as convenient as possible and allow you to store exactly the information about the contact that users need. For example, an employee directory may, in addition to full name and position, contain a department, branch, mobile/home phone numbers, etc., and a customer directory may contain name, city, contract number, etc.
Missed calls and call history
In addition to phone numbers, the list of missed calls contains contact names and/or company names. You can also view your call history there.
Personal directories and integration with MS Outlook
Employees can maintain their personal phone book manually, or integrate it with MS Outlook.
