The major update of PhoneUP 5.5 release is the new "Voice transcription" module which can be integrated with a 3rd party ASR engine to transcribe recorded calls.
Once the recordings are transcribed, PhoneUP provides:

full-text search - to find the required recordings

text transcription within interaction player - to quickly scan a text rather than listening to the call

Speech to text functionality is just the first step of our AI strategy for 2025.
What's coming next is huge - the existing Quality Management module will be updated with LLM-powered AQM (automated quality management) and speech analytics features.
But let's get back to PhoneUP 5.5.
