The new release of Aurus Outbound supports the “UCCX” edition that is licensed separately. The goal of the “UCCX” edition is to supplement Cisco UCCX software with powerful contact and list management features. The proprietary Aurus dialer is disabled in this edition, but you still benefit from integration capabilities, contact management, list filtering and segmentation features.
