Outbound campaign solution with Cisco UCCX dialer support – Aurus Outbound

Depending on the business objectives you may choose one of three Aurus Outbound editions.

«LITE» - INFORM YOUR EMPLOYEES OR CLIENTS QUICKLY

Use the “Lite” edition to integrate Aurus Outbound with any IP PBX and deliver audio messages, SMS and emails to your clients or employees. The audio message can be recorded in advance or generated from the text on the fly (text-to-speech). You can use the personal data of your contacts to generate personalized messages like “Your order will be delivered in fifteen days”.

Depending on its importance, the notification may require recipients to confirm the acknowledgement – by voice or with DTMF code.

The “Lite” edition is also used in conjunction with PhoneUP Paging module to deliver messages to employees cell phones.

«UCCX» - ADVANCED LIST AND CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT FOR CISCO UCCX DIALER

The “UCCX” edition will provide your Cisco UCCX with comprehensive list and campaign management tools:

  • import from any sources (files, enterprise databases, CRMs etc),
  • list management tools,
  • contacts prioritization and segmentation.

The UCCX edition leverages the Cisco UCCX dialer. Those campaigns that require using Aurus proprietary dialer are disabled.

«FULL» - COMPLETE OUTBOUND SOLUTION FOR ANY IP PBX

The “FULL” edition activates all the Aurus Outbound features and is mostly used to perform agent-based outbound campaigns of Progressive or Predictive modes.
These modes are aimed to connect each contact from the list with a contact center agent.

The product provides flexible campaign strategy configurator with the support of SMS and email messages.
